Returns

Thank you for shopping at My First Furniture. Just in case there is an issue with the item you have chosen, we offer a 14 day returns policy. To be eligible to return your chosen product we require - 

• The item must be unused and returned in the same condition as it arrived
• You must notify us within 14 days from the date of delivery that you wish to return the order
• The item must be returned at your own cost within 14 days of you informing us you no longer wish to keep the item.
• We require proof of purchase

Once the item has been returned and all conditions met, we will arrange a refund to you within 14days of receipt of the item.

Please note for custom designed and personalised products, we are only able to offer refunds if the item is faulty.
